Fair, Transparent, and Competitive

Our pricing is designed to be fair, transparent, and very competitive for Southeast Michigan. As a
home-based, retiree-owned business, we keep overhead low so we can focus on safety, quality, and
personal service instead of volume. Many projects fit into simple packages; others are unique and
require a custom quote. Either way, we’re happy to discuss your needs and provide a free written
estimate with clear goals, deliverables, and timelines. Travel outside our normal Southeast Michigan
service area, rush turnaround, or special requests may add a modest fee, always discussed upfront.
Most projects are delivered within 3–5 business days after the shoot, depending on editing
complexity.

General Pricing Guidelines

Our pricing model is primarily based on two things.

Time on site

  • Most standard shoots are planned around about an hour on site, which typically results in a 1–3 minute finished video.
  • For planning purposes, on‑site production time typically runs about $100–$150 per hour, which is built into the package prices below rather than billed separately.

Professional editing services

  • We partner with professional video editors who smooth out the footage, adjust color, and add music or titles.
  • For a 1‑minute real estate video, our editing cost is about $125, which is built into our package pricing rather than billed separately.

A typical short project can give you a clear sense of what to expect in both time and cost.

As an example, a larger 10‑minute highlight reel project for businesses or outdoor events
usually involves about two hours of on‑site filming and many hours of professional video editing,
bringing the total investment to around $600–$700, depending on what is included.

Real Estate Listings

Deluxe Package
$399

For most homes above $160K (up to roughly 4,500 square feet and $600K list price).

Includes:

  • One professionally edited 1‑minute highlight video of a single‑family home.
  • Aerial exteriors plus optional smooth “fly-through” of the main level (home must be empty during interior flight)
  • 10–12 interior digital images captured with a separate camera for MLS use
  • Professional editing with royalty‑free music
  • Download link to all final files plus a thumb drive with the finished video and raw drone footage

Ownership:

  • You receive full usage rights to the final video and photos for your marketing.
  • We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and on our
    website.

Strategic Real Estate Partner Brokerages receive $100 off Deluxe video services making this package $299 per listing.

For higher‑end or larger homes above $600K, we’re happy to quote a
custom “Luxury Listing” version of this package with extended flight time,
more angles, and additional edited stills.

Real Estate Listings

Basic Package
$250–$299

For more modest homes (typically under $160K).

Includes:

  • One basic 1‑minute highlight video of a single‑family home.
  • Aerial exteriors and a simple main‑level fly‑through (home must be empty during
    interior flight)
  • 6–8 interior digital images captured with a separate camera for MLS use
  • Light editing to assemble a clean, usable marketing video
  • Download link to all final files plus a thumb drive with the finished video and raw drone footage

Ownership:

  • Exterior aerial video of your business (for example, starting about 100 feet out and 100 feet above ground level, with an agreed flight path) optional smooth “fly-through” of the main level (home must be empty during interior flight)
  • A planned “walkthrough-style” interior flight in agreed areas while the space is empty (reception, showroom, key service areas), returning to the starting point so the video can loop cleanly on your website or screens
  • Professional editing into a polished video suitable for your website, social media, or in‑office display
  • Download link to the final video and a thumb drive with the finished video and raw drone footage

Ownership:

  • You get broad usage rights for your marketing, and we may feature the work in
    our portfolio.

Company & Nonprofit

Event Highlight Reels
$599–$999

Because every event is different, we price within a range based on duration, location, and deliverables.

Typical package includes:

  • On‑site aerial coverage of your outdoor event for an agreed number of hours.
  • A professionally edited highlight reel (length agreed in advance)
  • 15–40 digital still images captured during the event (we’re drone specialists, not
    full-time photographers, but we’re happy to provide useful images as part of the package)
  • Download link and thumb drive with the finished video and all raw drone footage.

Ownership:

  • You get broad usage rights for your organization’s marketing and communications.
  • We may feature the project as part of our portfolio.
