Services we provide

We focus on outdoor‑friendly projects where aerial views make a real difference.

  • Real estate listing enhancement videos, with exterior fly‑throughs and key interior still photos for MLS
  • Small business marketing videos, highlighting your location, services, and customer experience
  • Company and nonprofit outdoor event highlight reels for picnics, fundraisers, and community events
  • Private outdoor event highlight reels for weddings, receptions, reunions, milestone celebrations, and memorial events
  • Visual inspections of buildings, roofs, towers, utility poles, and similar structures for companies and municipalities
  • Construction progress and time‑lapse‑style reels using repeated flights along a planned path over time
  • Kids’ outdoor sports or school events, with proper permissions from hosts or schools
  • Roof inspections for homeowners and service companies, documenting damage or access points for pests

Services We Don’t Provide

  • Thermal imaging: Not currently offered; it requires specialized cameras we haven’t yet added to our fleet.
  • Complex indoor filming: We don’t use drones for advanced indoor shots that
    need special waivers, heavy safety controls, or very tight spaces—but we can often film key interior areas with a handheld gimbal instead.
  • Long‑range and moving‑vehicle shots: We follow FAA rules, so we don’t fly beyond visual line of sight, from moving vehicles, or directly over crowded or heavily congested areas.
  • High‑risk or restricted‑airspace projects: Because of FAA airspace restrictions and local safety rules, flights near airports, stadiums, and other sensitive sites are reviewed case‑by‑case and may not be possible.
